The Overview
Rodeo is an app that wrangles the chaos of your {non-work} life, so you can spend more time IRL with the people you love.
Today, our social plans live scattered everywhere - our DMs, group chats, Partiful links, Luma invites, social media saved folders, our screenshots, Notes apps, Google maps, emails, calendar invites, and more. Rodeo saves and organizes all of your plans, tentative plans, and ideas for things you want to do in ONE PLACE - so you can focus on actually doing them. Less work. More good hangs.
The whole idea of Rodeo is to SAVE IT so you can DO IT. We show you places you’ve saved on a map, dates you’ve saved on a calendar, the content you saved so you don’t forget why you saved it in the first place, help you find relevant websites and ticket links, send you reminders (e.g. when said tickets go live), and more.
The Opportunity
At Rodeo, we learn a LOT through the content we produce. During the month of June 2026, we’ll select a cohort of creators / growth fellows who will work directly with Liz, our Head of Growth, and Sam, our co-founder and CEO.
Through producing a high volume of targeted short-form video content over a 30-day sprint, we will accelerate our ability to:
- Showcase diverse use cases of Rodeo - we want to show how different people use the app to power their social lives, so more people can see themselves in the product we’re building
- Test resonance of new features - we are building Rodeo in real time, every day. Our content is one of the main ways we learn about what features are resonating with our community, and what value we can unlock next to help them spend more time IRL with their friends
- Grow our community - expand beyond our founder and team-led content, and unlock new learnings for how to reach new audiences who need Rodeo

What You’ll Do
Please ONLY apply if you can commit to the program timeline + structure below!
Program dates
- Monday, May 25 - Applications due by 11:59PM EST
- Wednesday, May 27 - Applicants notified if selected
- Thursday, May 28 - Sign contract, sign up for onboarding session, set up new accounts
- Friday, May 29 - Monday, June 1 - Onboarding sessions with Team Rodeo + kick off daily content creation and posting for the rest of the month!
Program structure
- Create a new TikTok + Instagram account exclusively for this project
- Create and post at least 1 video every single day for at least 30 days upon kicking off with us (can repost same content on both your TT + IG accounts)
- Use your knowledge of Rodeo’s app + internet and pop culture trends to generate new ideas for high performing content that (a) drives app downloads, and (b) tests new feature ideas, product concepts, etc. for resonance
How we’ll work together:
- Most of our communication happens async over text with our creators, with ad-hoc coaching and strategy sessions based on creator needs
- Creators text async daily to share insights, learnings, feedback, and ideas - and to get live coaching and feedback on your content ideas, execution, and community engagement tactics
- Creators will share their proposed content plan for the week - ideas for videos you plan to create, based on your data and learnings from the week prior, and ideas for new hooks and formats you want to try. We’ll also send creators specific video ideas to test along the way!
Who You Are
- If this is your first exposure to Rodeo, you can download the app + use code 🔑LIZLIZ🔑 to get in and try the app out yourself before you apply!
- You’re a Rodeo believer - you use the app, you love the app, you understand our features, you’re an avid reader of Bullish, you think everyone and their mother should be on Rodeo if they are not already, and you believe deeply in our mission to help people spend more time IRL with the people they love. You have a feeling that we are building something special, and you want to be a part of building it in this early stage with our team. You have a million ideas for videos that could show-not-tell the power of Rodeo, and you can’t wait to try them out!
- Internet and TikTok native - you understand how these platforms work, the type of content that resonates, what stops the scroll, and how creators build community through content
- You’ve got a track record of producing high-performing short form video content on TikTok and / or Reels - either for your own personal enjoyment or creative exploration and / or professionally for other brands as a UGC (user generated content) creator. Either way - we need you to feel comfortable using video editors (e.g. TikTok, CapCut, Instagram, Edits) to produce a lot of high-quality videos with speed from day one!
- You’re a growth-minded tinkerer - you think in testing mode. Not just “what will go viral?” but “how can I engineer my content to drive app downloads + help the team learn about what to build next?” You’re not afraid to test new ideas, try the same idea multiple times in different ways, and are obsessed with applying learnings + data to inform what you try next
Compensation
- Weekly base rate to ensure consistent volume of high quality videos (min 1x / day) that feature Rodeo
- Generous bonuses based on content performance and reach
